Most projects involve more than just engineering: customers procure the complete plant construction including assembly and commissioning from ALZTEC. With these five performance portfolio parts, ALZTEC fulfills all customer requirements:

CUSTOM-MADE SYSTEMS AND HEAVY-DUTY SYSTEMS
What exactly do we mean by custom-made system or special machines? In short, everything that cannot be bought off the shelf and for which an individual solution is required. This often requires a solution in the heavy-duty sector. This is why we refer to this performance range as custom-made systems and heavy-duty systems. ALZTEC supplies fully automatic rail loading systems, tool changing trolleys, individual lifting and rotating systems or special machines in special environments such as clean rooms or explosion-hazardous areas (ATEX, explosion protection).

CONVEYOR SYSTEMS
In the area of conveyor systems, everything revolves around conveyor technology. These are primarily the “classic” chain conveyors and roller conveyors, but also corner transfer units, distribution trolleys, turntables and lifters. Of course, ALZTEC also offers special machines and customized solutions. With any desired features. For example, 7-strand chain conveyors, fold-up conveyor elements as a maintenance passageway, clean room conveyor technology and here in particular with clean room lifters.

INTRALOGISTICS AND WAREHOUSE SOLUTIONS
When goods need to be in the right place at the right time, a logistics warehouse is often required. The large ALZTEC design team can equip the right warehouse for you. The available space, the storage functions and the overall intralogistics process are analyzed in consultation with the customer right from the engineering stage. The engineering is carried out according to the customer’s requirements for logistics automation. This can result in a classic logistics warehouse with an automatic storage and retrieval machine (single or multi-deep storage) or a shuttle warehouse in which the shuttle is carried on the storage and retrieval machine or moves autonomously.

SILICON PROCESSING
Plant engineering for silicon processing or machinery-construction from Bavaria for the world. Most engineering capacity is required in this performance portfolio and this is also where most special machines are developed. The background to this is the gentle and clean handling of silicon. In most cases, the customer provides silicon in raw form and this is processed with ALZTEC machines. The ALZTEC product range extends from jaw crushers and etching systems to turn-key finished systems. Here, the raw silicon is fed in and automatically processed by ALZTEC so that the customer can pick up the finished packaged and data-tracked products with the forklift. As various ALZTEC customers are also active in the polysilicon sector in the USA, the ALZTEC Service Corporation is founded in 2023. This brings ALZTEC even closer to its customers in the USA with custom-made systems.

ALZTEC has developed its passion for engineering from an engineering office. This is why the engineering department has the most staff. Engineering is an essential factor in every project and in the 4 other ALZTEC product portfolio parts.
