Electrical Design Engineer (m/f/d) – Plant Engineering Special-Purpose Machinery

Your new challenges:

  • Developing control concepts for our machines and plants
  • Creating functional specifications and planning documents
  • Creating and adapting electrical and pneumatic schematics using Eplan P8
  • Designing and selecting electrical system components and defining standards
  • Supervising the electrical installation
  • Commissioning support
  • Supporting the project manager in managing our suppliers in control and electrical engineering
  • Creation of technical documentation and risk assessments

Your skills:

  • Master craftsperson in electrical engineering or a completed degree/technician training; further training as an electrical technician, programmer, or mechatronics technician
  • Career changers from similar fields with relevant skills are also welcome in our team
  • Professional experience in designing electrical systems with Eplan P8
  • Good knowledge of functional safety
  • Knowledge of control engineering and PLCs (especially Siemens S7) is an advantage
  • Enthusiasm for developing and implementing demanding technical solutions
  • Willingness to travel to a limited extent
  • Good written and spoken English
  • Commitment, flexibility, and ability to work in a team
