Crushing & Screening

ALZTEC’s advanced crushing and screening plant processes polysilicon rods into precisely defined size fractions required for crucible filling and recharging operations. The screened material is transferred directly into etching baskets.

The use of tungsten carbide, silicon, and polyurethane as contact materials significantly reduces contamination and supports the highest purity standards. An optional optical sorting system enables highly accurate separation between particle size classes.
